Add X-Weaviate-Client header and enhance BuildInfo#526

Adds X-Weaviate-Client header to Config to identify the client version. Updates BuildInfo to read version from git.tags or git.commit.id.abbrev. Adds ClientVersion helper class. Updates BuildInfoTest and adds ClientVersionTest.

Introduce the X-Weaviate-Client header to identify the client version. Update BuildInfo to retrieve the version from git tags or commit ID, and add corresponding tests for the new functionality.
